Fast and Furious Salmon Action, Jumbo Hogs Biting Too

It’s peak salmon season, and the fishing is incredible! To give you an idea, we just landed 31 salmon in 3 days.
This time of year is well-known for big salmon too, as you can see from the photos below. Nice fish, and congratulations to the anglers!
To catch and land so many fish, it takes a proven gear combination. We’re using Berkley 14 lb XT line, Penn Battle 2 spinning reels, and the secret ingredient, which is Kevin Brock’s cured roe. It works like gangbusters, every single time.
It’s really exciting catching these big fish on lighter gear, too. Imagine it’s an early morning drift along the river, and then you feel a tap-tap on the line.
Hmmm. Is it the bottom, or is it a fish?
So you reel in a little bit… and boom, a big salmon explodes into action like a live torpedo. That never gets old!
